I am assuming you're running LM8.
To remove the graphical boot process, in the "Mandrake Control Centre"
Disable Boot options, disable Aurora.
As for editing the "runlevel" services, I used to be able to do it in
"linuxconf" (using RH6.2) but now it seems to have diappeared from my version
in LM8. Ican't seem to locate it.
Hopefully I'll find it soon.
