We quietly arranged a firing squad for the marketeer who decided to
call that DESKTOP edition "Complete". ;-}
You can use MandrakeUpdate to get what you want. Just point it at a
7.2 capable site and all the packages not available tin your distro
are available there. bison and yacc, too.
As for your apps, listing--another function of MandrakeUpdate, though
the current Software Manager does it much better.
A few generations ago such indexes were found on the MandrakeCDs.
They have been quietly replaced by tutorials for the user who didn't
give us any rave reviews about 1300 item descriptive lists.
Anyway, your install is not incomplete, but your "Complete" isn't
unless you want to work on a desktop. But the missing stuff is
downloadable.
As for index, there are now 2200 plus packages on the first 2 CDs
which provide quite a few files. If you are volunteering to organize
a list of descriptions, welcome! Just write back to me and I'll get
you on the appropriate list.
