Did you check the result of:
md5sum /dev/cdrom
with the value given in the MD5SUMS file on the mirror?
That's the first thing to do. If they differ in any way, download
again using rsync (rsync has a patch-in-place feature which will save
you the 60 hours or so it takes to download a fresh iso image using
V90).
