With Linux it's easy, just compare md5sum <mirror-supplied> with md5sum <iso-image> with md5sum /dev/cdrom. QED. There is a Windows port of md5sum but all it will sumcheck is a single file, NOT a device. Neither will sumcheck recursively a directory structure, which is a serious oversight, IMHO. -- Ron. [au]
