Hey all,

Just recieved my new laptop for my course starting next week. Now, lets just
say in advanced, if there is a how-to for this.. just send me the link :)

Anywase.. this is what I have: Linux Mdk 2.4.3 on my desktop computer
connected to the internet with a modem (soon to be high speed.. but lets work
with the dialup for now). The laptop is running Win2000Pro which is setup
for the network at school.

What I want to do, is use my desktop computer as a "server" for probably 2-3
machines (one of which being my laptop) since my computer will be hosting the
internet for a couple of computers in my house. I basically just want to
setup internet connection sharing with Linux as the server. My problem comes
in using Win2000Pro with Linux since I'm fairly new to networks of this type,
and I have to have the laptop able to work with the network at school (which
already works good).

Any ideas on what I should do? I basically have it setup hardware wise like
this:

Client (Laptop)-----Hub----Linux Box----Internet through dialup.
Client (Comp2)----/

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not a complete idiot.. just when
it comes to this :)

Thanks again.
