One of the headers from your message:
        X-Mailer: KMail [version 1.2.3]

One of the headers from an Outlook Express message:
        X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 5.00.2615.200

Seems to me if you can filter based upon headers unfettered, you send OE
posts to the bit bucket. One mailing list I am on traps all incoming
messages from any post that arrived via a Road Runner mail server. Road
Runner runs on M$ garbageware that upchucks a lot of trash. The admin
doesn't like that garbage getting through to subscribers, so he acts as
moderator on rr.com posts.
