the umask=0,0,0 parameter is setting permissions to 777.  Consequently
anyone can create or edit the files.  Errors would still be returned by
applications that attempt to set the actual file owner.  So you could 
a. just click through the warning
b. modify the mount for each login.  (won't work if multiple
simultaneous logins possible)

If you are running bash as the shell you could try the following:
* create a small program in perl/bash/C to remount with the real UID of
the caller.  This will probably have to be SUID to root.  (a risky
thing, but probably OK in this case if it is short and takes no
parameters.)
* edit /etc/profile to execute that program.  /etc/profile is run by
bash for every login.
