The source issue is corrected; new packages will be available soon.
But before we do that, I'd like to know more about this IDE problem
you've got.

Ok, so the dump/crash is with 2.2.19-2mdk or 2.2.19-5.xmdk? Which
kernel are we talking about here? You mention the kernel upgrade,
then you mention an older build, so I'm not sure which is causing you
the problem.

Could you perhaps give us a list of the hardware you've tried this
with, and in what combinations, so we have an idea as to why it's
failing? These updates are not untested; they go through myself, the
secteam, and QA. This problem did not show up for anyone else other
than you. Your report is sketchy at best, so there isn't much I can
do with it. More information (in as gross detail as you can manage)
may help to track the problem down. It strikes me as odd that you
having used different drives, motherboards, and so on, can reproduce
this error on call, yet no one else who tested those kernels is able
to.
Perhaps the problem is your hardware... perhaps the problem is your
hardware with the 2.2.19 kernel since 2.2.15 seems to work fine for
you. I'm not sure... without any helpful information, it's extremely
difficult to even begin looking for a fix.
