I would still use
in.telnetd :   10.10.10.55 192.168.10. : allow
in.telnetd :   136.159. : allow

Yes, you can have multiple lines.
However I no longer use Telnet, I use OpenSSH and SFTP (secure ftp).
That would be my recommendation for you.
