download of over 500 mails.
Just deleted at my end..

If your server support, you can use :
dele 1 - 204 (try also not use space)
or on windows, usually i use this program :
http://www.fantastica.com/digilex/cmail.html
otherwise, make a perl program, telnet to the pop3
and loop from 1 to 240 and delete the number.
