The prime purpose for it will be to use to plug in my amiga system, and consoles so that i dont need a seperate TV. Could someone reccomend a good one (and i dont have windows so it must work under linux) that gives full frame rates, and preferably does everything in hardware. Ive seen one of those USB WinTV setups and it was pretty damn crap (~6 frames a second or so). Ive never had a TV card before so i have no idea what im looking for, and anything that is fairly cheap right now would be great.
