Depends on what server(s) and what version of Mandrake he is running.  If
he is running a web server on Mandrake 7.1 / 7.2 for example, he still
would not be able to 'unmount' /home as root, since their webroot is set to
(or links to) /home/httpd/html.  Of course, ftp would also disallow
unmounting /home if it is running, as the main place for ftp is /home/ftp.
