In Mandrake 8.0, it's easy :) First, disable the ":0 local /usr/X11R6/bin/X -deferglyphs 16" /etc/X11/xdm/Xservers (by #commenting it out). Then in /etc/inittab, change: x:5:respawn:/etc/X11/prefdm -nodaemon to: kdm:5:once:/usr/bin/kdm xc:5:respawn:/usr/X11R6/bin/X -indirect <thin client's host name> If you do this to all computers on your network, you'll be able to "X-in" to and from any one :) pesarif
