To answer your original question:
I am not aware of a way in MCC to add NFS control.
Nor is there a way to do NIS configuration, DNS configuration, Sendmail
(or postfix) configuration, nor add user accounts, or samba
configuration, etc...

I think MCC is a good begining on a systems administration tool, but it
has a way to go. Much is missing from it so far. But as I understand it,
MCC is a work in progress, and new features are being added all the time
(but then I cannot speak for the folks at Mandrake as to what they
consider suitable content for MCC).

In it's favor, when yo do use it, it seems to do less damage than
linuxconf used to! :) I like what they've done so far, it shows great
promise.
