To answer your original question: I am not aware of a way in MCC to add NFS control. Nor is there a way to do NIS configuration, DNS configuration, Sendmail (or postfix) configuration, nor add user accounts, or samba configuration, etc... I think MCC is a good begining on a systems administration tool, but it has a way to go. Much is missing from it so far. But as I understand it, MCC is a work in progress, and new features are being added all the time (but then I cannot speak for the folks at Mandrake as to what they consider suitable content for MCC).
