Just to be sure everyone heard it, let me repeat it:
"Do not update your kernel with the Update Utility! It will not work!!!
I see this so often on this list. So to the fellow that is building
enterprise servers (congrats by the way on that huge victory!):
Do not update your kernels with the Mandrake Update Utility! It will
break them, and you will look very silly with a room full of broken
servers. Yes, it's easily fixable, and you may get the chance to look
like a hero when you know exactly what's wrong, and charge in to save
the day. Personally, I'd rather avoid the stress of having the boss, and
all the customers on the phone demending to know what happened!
