Hi,

Caused by a mail from a german user I played around with userdrake. I
added a new user, 'sonja', gave her a password and saw that as default
the homedir was to be /home/sonja. So far it played by the rules that I
learned.

Then, without logging out, I switched to a terminal (Ctrl-Alt-F2) and
logged in as 'sonja', gave the password and got a message that 'sonja'
was accepted but did not own a homedir. 'sonja' was logged into the root
dir. As 'sonja' I could cd into my standard user's home and do a 'less
fetchhelp' which is a textfile with 'rw-r----- wobo wobo'. 'sonja' is
*not* in group 'wobo'. How could 'sonja' read this file? And why doesn't
'sonja' have a home?
