I did all that. Still no go. MSI tech support believes it to be a bad CPU. Too bad I don't know anyone with a board that'll take this chip (so that I can test it). A local dealer said they'd check it out for $30. It'll be cheaper to send the CPU back to TigerDirect for testing. I'll have to call them on Saturday since their tech support doesn't work on Fridays.
