Indeed! what's the hurry. I don't know that I'm going to be in any great hurry simply because 8.1 is the most stable installation I've had to date since Mandrake 7.2. granted some of that is because since 7.1 I've gotten much better with Linux and tend to screw things up less, but still, I've noticed that 8.1 is quite solid and stable in comparison. And I thought 7.2 was very stable. and it was!
I'll likely get a copy of 8.2 when it comes out simply because I've got every copy of Mandrake since 7.1 and I would hate to break up the family I'm collecting. Mandrake sits proudly at my fingers reach while my old Redhat CD's are gathering dust somewhere's...ya know? I can't recall just where I _did_ put them. O yeah! there they are... *he lifts the coffee mug to reveal RedHat 6.2 Install CD* :P -- daRcmaTTeR windows = "where do you want to go today" Mac = "go where you want, do what you want today" MDK-linux = " been there, done that, got the tee shirt, why do you ask?"
