Wrong answer:

Releases, even in beta, are found at:
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/

Nightlies are found at:
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest-trunk/

I download a nightly for OS/2 vitually every day. One file. Unzip. Run.
Simple. When a release is first made available, I download that instead
and run it a few days before going back to the nightlies.
