Background:  Mick cannot post to the linux-mandrake lists, although he
can post and send email elsewhere.  The last time I forwarded one of his
messages to the list, Pierre Fortin noticed that one of the headers made
it look like he was sending "direcly from a dial up connection" (not
sure I phrased that right).  See below for what he's done since.  Any 
more suggestions?

Sorry, I don't have any ideas, so I'm just forwarding your note to the
list.  I forget whether we had posted before on the newbie or expert
list, but I think Pierre Fortin and Civeleme are on both, and, in any
case there are probably others who can help.)
