Two things that could be the problem:
1) CD ROM (Swap the CD ROM from a box that you know works)
2) Network Card (The SNF does not work with the tulip driver) Using 2
3COM NICs of the same model need to be configured from within the cards bios
before you install the OS. Usualy you can install the OS but I have had it
lockup on Second Stage Ram Disk.
I have had a simular issues with the SNF. I have had to swap CR ROMs on
several boxes - also if you used an ISO to create the CD you may have a
problem there with the boot image ( I have had it work on some and not on
others also). Create the CD with the lowest speed setting - like 4x. Youe
can also make a boot disk and boot from the floopy disk. I have also had to
swap floppy drives and had problems with the floppy contoller that gave the
same results.
