I don't know how you do it.
Answering the same questions over and over hits my tolerance levels after a while then I must take a sabatical. Often responses and debugging sessions by e-mail are long and drawn out, and comsume far more time than the recipient suspects. So I drift in and out every few months or so. You seem to be a relative fixture. Is there a halo around your head?
