All those 1xx numbered problems with the partition table where PM lights up that disk in yellow and gives up. Activate Ranish then and it will show you the partition table with the bad fields highlighted in red and offers to fix each error. The fixes are good. Ranish comes with the excellent XOSL (Extended Operating System Loader) Boot Manager, and we all need a good free Boot Manager! -- Ron. [au]
