I'm assuming that the computer dialing out is running XP. I Have done this, but I was using windows 2000. All I had to do was enable internet connection haring, and turn on dial on demand. This will take care of the login process. If you were to set the connection to just time out after 10 min or so of being idle, that would take care of the logout process
