Search the cooker ML archive for the complete story. My
experience is that kernel-source-2.4.18-13mdk is the last one I could
successfully compile with gcc 2.96 (8.2's default gcc). -14 on were
built with gcc3. I'm pretty sure -16 was built with gcc 3.1
