actually, I was just watching and commenting on the thread. it wasn't something I was overly concerned with. I would've eventually gotten round to checking that file since I knew where the problem was coming from. my contrib to the thread was just a passing comment. and I do have kids of my own and know exactly what you're talking about. :) the love it when they're able to whip something out on you that they've had said to them. in this case he was indeed right, AND it was rather humerous the way he said it. -- daRcmaTTeR ---------- Registered Linux User #186492
