4. Give out the IP Or if you want to be devious try getting the source at www.civileme.com and modifying it for your own use. That was a 20 minute setup instead of a 5-minute job. The file is index.html and the directory is /Software. Now if you want to be REALLY tricky, buy yourself a domain (www.joker.com has them inexpensively) and then find Tyler at www.whyI.org and spend $4/yr to do a dynamic DNS on your own site name (he supplies a nice perl script for updating your IP at intervals, all full auto). Of course if you want to be a sysadmin someday, open up webmin and configure the FTP server through it. Civileme
