Ummm, well, you could open a konqueror window (File manager super-user mode)

split the screen right-left
put one screen on your mp3 files
put one screen on /var/www/html

select the files you want in the mp3 collection
drag them all over to the other window
say Link instead of copy or move

Linux is nice that way :-)
