Try, as root from the CLI "XFree86 -configure". This will probe your system and create an XF86Config file to test in your /root directory. To test it you simply run "XFree86 -xf86config /root/XF86Config". If it works, you simply move it to /etc/X11/ and overwrite the old XF86Config. You can then use any other graphical tool to fine tune it if you wish. praedor
