Look in his home directory for a .procmailrc file. If he has it, make sure that the permissions are mode 600, owned by him (Look in /var/log/mail/errors for lines that say "Suspicious permissions of .procmailrc" or something similar to that. Then go look inside his .procmailrc and make sure that it's working properly. Go look at /var/log/mail/errors in general, it might point out what the real problem is if it's not procmail.
