Hi,

I've moved over to mdk9.0 but am having trouble getting it all working

if i have this file in my home dir as i used to:

$ cat .i18n
LC_TYPE=ja
LANGUAGE=C
LANG=ja_JP
XIM=kinput2
XIM_PROGRAM=kinput2
XMODIFIERS="@im=kinput2"

/etc/X11/xinit/XIM used to detect from the locale and add the XMODIFIERS
env variable too, but that does not seem to work.

X will not start, it stopes before the KDE screens, logs reveal nothing.

I have wnn, kinput and japanese fonts installed.

taking out the last 3 lines above let X start, but there is no jserver
running, kterm

$ kterm
Warning: Actions not found: begin-conversion

Anyone else got it configured yet?

JG
