For Linux right now it's pretty much palm or as I'm told the sharp Zaurus as well. For the PocketPC due to the restrive nature of the M$ license it's not going to be possible to reverse engineer it. However if your run Win4Lin or possibly vmWare with windows inside then they do sync with that. But with vmWare it's an expensive way to go. I've used jpilot for over a year now and it's just as reliable as palmsync. Only drawback.
