Hey guys... I just ran into a possible problem. I was trying to set up a 18gb scsi drive with encryption. I set it up with a 20 character password by accident. It accepted it. When the system comes up, or I want to mount it, it refuses my password and tells me that it MUSt be 21 characters long. However, I can go into gui diskdrake or what ever it is called and it will allow me to mount it with NO password prompt or any errors. ?? What gives? What good is a password protected volume with encryption if it requires no password?
Can anyone else verify this finding? I have formatted mine with Journalized ext3.
