Will (almost three year old grandson) discovered that the menu also pops up if you press the left Windows key. It's become his favorite way to pass the time while waiting for Flash stuff to load from nickjr.com. (He also liked the Kill icon on the 8.2 desktop. Grandpa got rid of it.) -- cmg
