I'll tell ya...this just ain't happenin. test installed both those packages and got a few dependency issues. So, I grabbed the packages it was asking for and the more packages I grabbed the more it asked for. Before too long the list of two grew to over 10, and I know from past experience that cramming the gcc, gcc-cpp, libsdc++ packages in there is definately gonna end up breaking a lot of stuff making this system unusable. Right now, the only thing I can't do with this system is rebuild rpms. I think I'll just wait till the next beta comes out.-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1James Sparenberg wrote on Sat, Jan 11, 2003 at 07:56:42PM -0800 :It should be in cooker ... grab this one and you should be able to

rpm-rebuilder is a package that will go through the defined lists of SRPMS and rebuild _ALL_ of them including installing all *-devel packages that are listed as Build Requirements. Probably not what you want. urpmi rpm-build -or- urpmi rpmbuilder Blue skies... Todd
If I absolutely have to rebuild a src package I'll just do it on my 9.0 system.
