Is it just a KDE problem, or printing in Linux in general? What version of Mandrake are you using? Do you have CUPS installed? Describe in detail what you see when you open something like KWORD and try to print. Are you printing to a local machine or one on the network? If you try a test page from the Mandrake Control Panel, does it work? Once we have this information, we can start making progress towards helping you.
