James,
I have put the following files that I had up on my site:
kernel-2.4.20.2mdk-1-1mdk.i586.rpm
kernel-doc-2.4.20-2mdk.i586.rpm
kernel-source-2.4.20-2mdk.i586.rpm
You can get them from http://www.goshko.ca/ go in to the Download area
under Linux / Mandrake.
I did get the .21 kernels working on my laptop, but they did need to be
recompiled because of the funky ACPI support that my laptop has, I
wonder if this is also affecting APM. Once I turned off PCI hotplug
support and compiled ACPI into my kernel it worked great.
