I've just tried running urpmi on samba-common (latest security update) and have
encountered a problem. The installation fails with a statement that
samba-common and samba-client require libacl.so.1 and libattr.so.1. I've tried
running urpmi on libacl and it comes back with "Installation failed:
libacl1==2.0.0 is needed by libacl1-devel-2.0.0-1mdk" When I run urpmf on
libacl it comes back with libacl1-devel:... but no libacl package. Is there a
libacl1 package to go with the libacl1-devel package? "urpmi" and "urpmf"
aren't convinced evidently.
I'm running Mandrake 8.2 on an IBM 600e thinkpad. All the other updates have
been applied.
