you need libacl1-1.1.2-2mdk.i586.rpm and
libattr1-2.0.1-1.1mdk.i586.rpm for 8.2 I found them on www.pbone.net. The acl lib is on your disks and the attr lib is in updates.

Thank you for the pointer to pbone. Retrieved the two library rpms and was able to update samba.
