Thanks for the answers guys.

Actually, i'm running postfix and mailman, and both are eating all the
memory of my system. When they are active i can't even start the X server
because it's too slooooow. Maybe because i have in my mailman list more than
16000 addresses, and since it's an annoucement list, i've to send e-mail to
all members at the same time. I do only have 64mb ram but i  have already
ordered more... but is there a way to speed up those two daemons?
