Hmmm. 3 bios beeps is a ram problem. It sounds like your overclocking the ram 
too much and it can't handle it. Does the bios have a setting for the divider 
selection for the ratios like 3:2:1, 4:2:1, 5:2:1, so you can keep the cards 
and in spec?

In the DRAM settings section, if you don't have it set on SPD, try that, and 
it will read the SPD of the ram automatically, and configure the proper 
setting for the ram (assuming your ram has SPD- most does these days). Those 
3 beeps make me think your ram might not be set correctly in the bios, or you 
even actually have a bad ram chip. 

What brand ram have you got in this system?
