Reading the postings also told us the opinions of the various posters which will give us a picture of one or the other. A summary like you propose is sometimes not the same as the varous postings. Example: Your sentence about us not liking changes. That's not what the posters wrote. They don't like YOUR proposed changes. A SOLUTION is different and should be posted. We cannot know what the asking user did in the and after having received some advices here on the list. It also could be that the solution was something derived from several postings.
