Hi, Larry.  I had thought that Ronald was talking about 'full 
headers'.  My printout does not contain that info.  I know it's a 
setting in the printer configuration, page layout, but I can't 
remember exactly where you set it.  I'll have a thing/rummage around 
and get back to you.
