What kind of client are you using? If you are using windows machine then 
you will need to setup tightvnc to help you access the server, or get a 
x-windwo server product like reflection X for windows. If you are using 
a linux machine with the X-11 system working, then all you have to do is 
telnet to the machine, set the DISPLAY variable to your machine (export 
DISPLAY=your_machine:0 if you are using bash, certain version of 
mandrake you do not have to do it). On the client machine make sure you 
execute "xhost +server_machine" (without the quotes). Start the program 
up and the x-11 window will open on your client machine.

just have VNC or other app start and it would go full screen (so it is like they
are working on their own system) and all the applications and everything would

I need easy configuration. Plus I would like to have users run apps on the
server under their own username.
