I actually don't use sa-learn, but I do use individual procmailrc's instead of /etc/procmailrc; this causes spamc to always be called with the user's UID.
There's an article I've always meant to implement about using redirects to activate sa-learn from evolution vfolders or regular MUA mailboxes, but that's all a lot to be showing the fifteen or so emailers I have.
