I do have a ton of extensions loaded, but could not fine the one to stop www. and .com being added. I found that the backslash after the localhost ip solved it, i.e. https://127.0.0.1:10000/ Webmin set itself up to run at boot. I will leave it, but I wish it would load on demand or when requested I guess it is.
