I don' think it's going to make a pinch of coon shite's worth of difference, actually. The bad press seems to have moved from Mandrake to where it belongs with LG. After all, they're the ones that put out drives that when told to flush their content zap their firmware. I don't think that's in the ATA standards. :-) ttfn John
