Look's like a pretty good deal with the Grand Am thing, though. Any other

Subject: [F500] Crew members needed for Grand Am race at Laguna and PIR
Nuzzo Motorsports needs 1-2 additional "volunteer" crew members to fill
out
our two car BMW Mini team for next week's race at Laguna Seca, May 5-7,
and
at Phoenix International Raceway May 12-13th.
Crew is needed for work on the car in the paddock and in the pits on
Friday
and Saturday. Unless something serious happens, most of the work is
general
maintenance with a little bit of wrenching. Fuel, tires, brakes, fluids,
and cleaning are typical. A typical pit crew includes a fueler, deadman,
fire bottle person, jack man, two tire guys and a couple of people behind
the wall assisting those over the wall. Mick Leake and I are "car chiefs"
and we can pretty much tell and show you what to do. (Yeah, scary thought
I
know.) A typical day starts at 7:00 AM and ends about 7:00-8:00 PM. If
you
want to volunteer, please be prepared to work a long day.
At Laguna, additional assistance will be needed on Sunday AM as we prep
the
cars for the PIR race the next weekend. You do not have to be able to
work
both weekends. We are hoping to find a few local F5 guys in the area to
help us out.
Nuzzo will pay your transportation expenses, hotel, meals and weekend
Grand-Am credentials. Your credentials will provide you all access for
the
Grand Am race and for the Rolex race on Sunday. Once the cars are packed
up, you are free to do what you want, including hanging out for Sunday's
race. If things work out possibilities exist to complete the rest of the
season with us.
