JV,

Most F500 are extremely simple cars and all one really needs is an
industrial parts catalog, bearing house, and a good local welding or
fabrication shop. Or your own tools.

A-arms and uprights are also generally commodity items also, just like
on most Formula Fords, Atlantics and Contentals.

Any good fabicator can make them, sometimes better and cheaper than
   the original mfg.

There are numerous shops in Phoenix and the LA area that specialize
   just in a-arms and uprights.

Sooo, the original mfg isn't really all that essential except but
bodywork, generally. Bodywork for Zinks is still available from
   Herman's Fast Glass.

Ed Zink has pased on, but he wasn't actually all that involved as a
   mfg. on the F440 cars.

Tommy Eflund ran the Zink F440 mfg operation made all of the
250 Zink Z19's and most of the Z22's and I believe he is still alive.

Brad Hueling made the last Z22's as welll as his own updated version
with a full floating rear suspension. He is still alive and well and
   runs HRP.

After owning a Zink for about 15 years, all I ever bought from "the
mfg" was one set of rubber insulators and it is actually a catalog
   item from Lord rubber company.

   Chuck
