On a related note, a lot of people haven't figured out that you can
search a .pdf file (such as the online GCR) in Acrobat Reader by
clicking on the binoculars in the toolbar. That gives you a little
search engine where you can look for a word or phrase, like "legend."

Maybe the key word, here, is "optional." Maybe the regions you are
familiar with don't recognize the class.
